Stress Relief Yoga

is a very slow paced practice where certain poses will be held for long periods of time in a calm and peaceful setting. The purpose of this practice will be to improve flexibility in the body and increase circulation specifically in the joints.

Strengthening, balance, flexibility

this class is a sequence of poses led with a deep awareness of the alignment. It is a challenging, flowing practice but comes with modifications throughout and is a very good way to really improve your practice.

Sounds bath meditation

a sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including instruments such as singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.

 any type of yoga according to your choice and requirements.

Prenatal yoga

 is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing.
